Driven by a passion for equity and human dignity, He provides strategic oversight and resource mobilization for programs in health, education, youth development, and poverty reduction. Leveraging his medical background and experience in healthcare administration, he champions ethical, high-quality services, strengthens community-facility linkages, and builds multisector partnerships. Known for empathetic and pragmatic leadership, Timothy ensures measurable impact and sustainable change for underserved communities.

Dr. Omodele Francis is a seasoned public health professional and Executive Director of New Eden Initiatives with over 13 years of experience in community health, youth development, and social protection. Trained in Epidemiology, she leads programs in health outreaches, disease prevention, care for orphans and vulnerable children, and poverty reduction through economic strengthening and health education. She also oversees clinical operations and quality improvement at New Eden Healthcare Services, bridging community and facility care while championing equity, evidence-based interventions, and sustainable impact for underserved populations.

Abayomi Ibitunde is a dedicated public health professional and volunteer Program Director at New Eden Initiatives. With extensive experience in community-based disease control, program implementation, and health systems strengthening, he has contributed to WHO and USAID-supported initiatives. He currently serves as Strategic Information Lead for a Global Fund grant in South West Nigeria. Passionate about capacity building and sustainable health systems, Abayomi excels in performance monitoring, field supervision, and health communication, driving measurable impact for youth development and vulnerable communities.

Olarotimi Davies is a creative fashion designer and dedicated community volunteer with New Eden Initiatives. He blends cultural authenticity with contemporary style to create storytelling garments. Passionate about youth development and poverty reduction, he mentors young people in fashion and creative entrepreneurship, teaching practical skills from sketching to business planning. Through ethical production and community collaborations, Olarotimi empowers underserved youth with training, apprenticeships, and opportunities, using creativity as a pathway to dignity, confidence, and economic independence.

Barrister Olaniyi Olawale provides expert legal guidance and oversight for New Eden Initiatives, ensuring all programs and partnerships adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct. With extensive experience in NGO law and corporate governance, he protects the organization's mission while facilitating complex communal and legal frameworks. His commitment to justice and detail-oriented approach ensures that our initiatives are built on a solid foundation of transparency and accountability.
